Terms and Conditions of DispoDeals

These Terms and Conditions of the Webshop Trustmark Foundation have been established in consultation with the Consumers' Association as part of the Self-Regulation Coordination Group (CZ) of the Social and Economic Council and come into effect on June 1, 2014. These Terms and Conditions will be used by all members of the Webshop Trustmark Foundation, with the exception of financial services as defined in the Financial Supervision Act, insofar as these services are supervised by the Financial Markets Authority.
