mikrozid® sensitive wipes are registered with the Ctgb as a PT2 biocide (surface disinfection) with registration number 13744 N. This product is CE marked 0297 for the disinfection of medical devices, accessories, and general surfaces. As previously mentioned, the mikrozid® sensitive cleaning wipes are particularly suitable for alcohol-sensitive surfaces such as plexiglass and ultrasonic accessories. It is recommended not to use these wipes on untreated surfaces (such as metals) that are sensitive to water, as this may result in rust formation.

The wipes have a minimum contact time of 1 minute for combating bacteria/yeasts and 5 minutes for combating viruses. A mikrozid® sensitive wipe can be used for 0.5 m² of surface area. For larger surfaces, multiple wipes can be used. Wearing gloves is recommended, and it is advised to read the label and product information before use.
